1. Charge Up

Plug in your CalmGrip™ and charge for around 30 minutes before first use. Avoid charging for longer than two hours to maintain battery health. One full charge lasts roughly 30 sessions.

2. Power On

Hold the power button on the side of the device for five seconds to turn it on. CalmGrip™ starts on the lowest intensity setting, which is ideal for the first few uses. Press the power button once more to switch between slow pulse mode (for winding down and sleep) and fast pulse mode (for calm focus during the day).

3. Position Your CalmGrip™

Have your child hold CalmGrip™ in the palm of their hand with the metal surface facing downwards, resting naturally against their skin.
