Shipping

All Hush & Willow orders are shipped via USPS. Here is what to expect after placing your order:

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed.
  • Delivery estimate: 5–12 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Hush & Willow cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the stated estimates.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us through the contact form on our Contact Us page as soon as possible, with your order number.

Once your order is in transit it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please wait for it to arrive and use our 90-night return policy below.

Returns & Refunds — 90-Night Money-Back Guarantee

Try it. If it doesn't work for your kid, send it back for a full refund. No questions asked.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, including if CalmGrip™ did not deliver the results you were hoping for, you have 90 nights from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund.

To start a return:

  1. Visit our Contact Us page and fill out the contact form within the 90-night window.
  2. We will get back to you with return instructions within 2–3 business days.
  3. Send the item back following the instructions provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Items returned outside the 90-night window may not be eligible for a refund. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us regardless of the return window and we will make it right.
