Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase on Hush & Willow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of Hush & Willow and any purchases made through it. By browsing our store or placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement with us under the laws of the United States. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the webshop following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date and time your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been submitted.

While we make every effort to process orders promptly, processing times may occasionally extend beyond the estimated 1–3 day window due to high order volume, holidays, or other operational factors. Hush & Willow cannot be held responsible for delays in order processing beyond the stated estimate.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on Hush & Willow are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. Hush & Willow does not store your full payment details.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly via the contact form on our Contact Us page, quoting your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, please wait for the item to arrive and make use of our 90-night return policy to receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days from the date of shipment, which follows the processing period described above.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations may result in longer transit times. Hush & Willow is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

6. Fulfillment & Third-Party Suppliers

Hush & Willow operates as a non-warehousing retailer. Orders are fulfilled directly by our trusted third-party supplier, who ships goods on our behalf straight to your delivery address.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order will be fulfilled and shipped by a third-party supplier, and that you consent to the necessary transfer of your order and shipping information to that supplier for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. Your data will not be used for any purpose beyond order fulfillment.

7. Disclaimer of Results

Hush & Willow makes no guarantee that any product will produce a specific result or outcome. Individual results may vary based on a wide range of personal factors outside of our control. Testimonials or descriptions on our store reflect individual experiences and are not representative of what every customer will experience.

8. Returns & Refunds — 90-Night Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, including if CalmGrip™ did not produce the results you hoped for, you are entitled to return it within 90 nights of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form on our Contact Us page within the 90-night window. Once your return is confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Items returned after the 90-night period may not be eligible for a refund. In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us regardless of the return window and we will work to make it right.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hush & Willow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of US courts.
